Is the Bastard tag really necessary gents? Bruins beat the Habs fair and square and within the rules of the NHL.

They won, yes! Fair and square… right! Too many missed calls by the refs and inconsistent rulings have unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth. I know it’s the same around the league but the Bruins and the Flyers are the dirtiest teams. Ask Nathan Horton, he was quoted as saying “.. it’s Boston, everybody fights”. I can call them whatever I want… Bastards, Bitches, Assholes, Motherf$%#ers… and you can file your complaint with cocksuckers Colin Campbell and Mike Murphy.

this obviously means much more to you than I had realized or believed possible. I’ll withdraw my complaint.

“Bastard Bruins” win the Stanley Cup. Till September at least, they are the best hockey team in the world. They did it in on grit, detemination, good coaching, phenomenal team chemistry and the “will to win”. As Habs fans we may not like it but the Bruins got everything they deserve and worked for. They are champions, they know and understand what it takes to win and don’t QUIT until the job is done.

Anything else is sour grapes…c’mon boys admit it, the Bruins taught the Habs and the rest of the NHL a lesson in winning…
Enjoy the summer.

It has nothing to do with being a Habs fan or sour grapes. As a hockey aficionado, they are nowhere near the best team and they’ve done nothing but disgraced this wonderful sport. They taught us and all the kids out there that bullying and cheating wins over skills and integrity. True… that’s what happens in the real dog-eat-dog world we live in, but that goes against my values and every fiber of my existence. They are the champs and I can’t take that away from them, but I will never condone that style of play even if it was the Habs! It was a year to forget. I look forward to a new season!
