‘Tis the season
The NHL has Friday and Saturday off this week for the holidays, and several teams have some long breaks in the schedule. The Philadelphia Flyers have a game Monday, and then are off until the following week. The New York Rangers have only one midweek contest. Leave all your Flyers and Rangers on the bench this week, unless they have points. There are better options as some teams play four games despite the two-day break. The Atlanta Thrashers, Pittsburgh Penguins, St. Louis Blues, Tampa Bay Lightning and Vancouver Canucks all have four games.
Merry Christmas
