CM 1) How does he explain that since he has come out as THE INFORMANT, Luongo has given him 3 shutouts, what dirt does he have on him?
he deserves every shut out…he has been carrying his team since the start of the season keeping them in contention….he is the number 1 goalie today in the NHL, and hopefully one day reach Terry Sawchuk’s milestone of 103 shut outs…….and besides , Mr CM, he is also giving you points in your hockey pool…stop bitching and reap the rewards.
CM 2) On another note, what does he prefer, low gas prices or our dollar to be at par with the us dollar and why?
in a perfect world it would be great to have both, realistically we live in a capitalistic world…money is power, and people with money & power dictate society’s venue……….. cemeteries raise their prices and blame it on the cost of living !!!!
Q 3) Larry Smith went on record stating that the Montreal Canadiens made a classless move by having Patrick Roy’s ceremony coincide with the Grey Cup weekend. What is your take regarding this matter?
give him a speedo and tell him to jump in the St-Lawrence….this is not Grand Prix Week….it’s a 2 hour ceremony recognizing a hockey player’s accomplishments in his career in the NHL….thank the Lord the spotlight is not as a man nor as a role model…he is a fat zero in these…the Grey cup festivities began Wednesday & will continue till kick off 6 PM Sunday… remember, obstacles are great incentives !!
Q 4) In a nutshell, can you pinpoint the poor performance of the Canadiens this past month?
Some one better remove that Hab’s whore from the website….ejaculations by Le Tricolore is Blurring their vision, affecting their play execution and zone transition….
The 7 dwarfs can probably show them a thing or two about work ethics.
Q5) Any predication on how our hockey pool will play out this year ?
Predications are best left to the farmers….you can buy their Almanac in any book store…
But since you asked….one you’ve reached the top, you can only go down….second best is Still a loser…….third place, you’re in the money & smiling…..fourth place is a show….I’ll put my money on Steve, and I’ll tell you why,…….because he knows nothing about Coaching nor managing, but he will have fewer injuries than the rest during the season.
N.B. A dog is wiser than a woman, it does not bark at its master.
Let’s face it… Louis is the star here so there is no need for an S in “The Informants” while he’s running the show. In any case, we received some very tough questions this week from both Nick and Jose. Let’s see what The Informant had to say.
NM- Why are there no trades thus far in the season?
A- let’s face it, nobody wants plumbers, brick layers or injured players…….and will someone tell that GM to stop whinning about his injured players….can it…you’re making the rest of us feel good…..and talking about GM , more layoffs are scheduled in the very near future…..Don Cherry was right, imports are killing the North American markets…to paraphrase Plato’s famous doctrine ..everything is “ déjà vu “ .
NM- What position is more valuable in our pool..goalie, defenseman or
forward?
A- hands down the goalies are more valuable…they are very scarce, very difficult to identify under all that equipment, and they never ask to be replaced…….they stress “ the puck stops here “ .
NM- How will the new president-elect OBAMA help the NHL and the US money-losing teams?
A- the right move for BARAKA is to offer NHL franchises to the Arab countries in exchange for crude oil…….forget the European market, they have nothing to exchange…….well maybe a few good cars.
JL- As you observe the league today, there are a number of senior citizens (in hockey standards) that are performing very well, what do you make of it?
A- Senior citizens are the back bone to this league…they bring experience, knowledge, sage, wisdom, and if you look into their hockey bag, you’ll find geritol, absorbine jr, anabolic steroids and Grecian formula 44.
GD- What is your stance regarding Bob Gainey’s so called preference in signing players after years end?
A- I would not call it preference… more like what’s left of the litter…..cause all the other GM’s have signed players during the season….the old saying , first come, first choice……and don’t give me the crap about salary cap.
